Embarking on his professional journey two decades ago, Adam has become the driving force behind XMT Construction, injecting the company with a strong sense of purpose and innovation. Initially involved in modest projects within the lower mainland, Adam gradually expanded his expertise to include the construction of fences and decks. Progressing further, he delved into the realm of home building and renovation projects, catering to both small businesses and large corporations. Throughout his career, Adam has actively contributed to projects spanning a wide range of scales, from 10K ventures to those exceeding 2 Million, assuming diverse roles in the process.
