A pleasure from start to finish. This team is solid! Adam was there to help guide our inspirations, offering practical advice and answering any questions we had along the entire course of the build. He helped us forge the design concepts and make certain we achieved the feel we were hoping for. The whole team was stellar, including XMT’s subcontractors for electrical and landscaping, and they were able to respond in nuanced and creative ways as challenges emerged and the project evolved. We are pleased to say that XMT Construction and their associates exceeded our expectations. Not only did they do their best to keep their appointments and arrive when they said they were going to, the quality of build and workmanship was there from start to finish. This team does it right.

XMT Construction built our Trex Transcends deck and we could not be happier. The attention to detail was impeccable. Everything from the position of the LED Deck Lights to the cuts on the corners where perfect. Adam’s suggestions on design and material choice helped us achieve the perfect outdoor space. His team was professional and courteous and communicated with both my wife and I to make us feel comfortable during the build. They showed up to work when they said they would and they finished on time. My suggestion when building your outdoor space would be to listen to their ideas, they do this all day everyday and some of the best features of our deck came from their inspiration.

My Wife and I finally decided to buy a hot tub and build our dream deck in the back yard. After thoroughly reviewing all of the qualified builders we decided to go with XMT construction. Adam Clark the President of XMT is a great guy. He was able to manage the whole project from start to finish. Every time I had a question or concern Adam replied promptly and in a way I was able to understand. The highly skilled team he has assembled are excellent people. They were polite and respectful of our property. They were constantly asking my opinion as to how the look of the deck was being constructed, making changes as required to make me and my wife happy. The project was on time, on budget and most important we love the final results. These guys are real pros.

I just wanted to extend a very sincere thank you to you and your team. We are very pleased with the end result which is evident with how much our kids, and us, have enjoyed our backyard oasis.
