XMT is a Platinum-rated supplier for Trex, Azek and TimberTech. As a certified Platinum supplier, you get additional warranty protection that’s simply not available from lesser installers.

The length of your warranty does depend on the brand. Your warranty is registered to your address, so it transfers to the new owner should you move.

Azek PVC decking comes with an exceptional 50-year fade and stain warranty. On top of that, because XMT is a certified Platinum supplier, you also get a 7-year structural and labour warranty.

TimberTech composite decking comes with a 30-year fade and stain warranty for their Edge line, or a 25-year warranty for their Pro line, as well as a 7-year labour warranty.

Trex decks have a different warranty for each of their three lines.

The Trex Transcend line, their top-of-the-line brand, has a 25-year material warranty. Because we are a certified Platinum supplier, you get a 2-year labour warranty. Other Trex lines have slightly shorter material warranties.

TimberTech, owned by Azek, provides exceptionally high quality composite decking materials with a wide variety of colours and finishes. Plus, you get a 25 to 30 year fade and stain warranty on TimberTech products.

MAINTENANCE FREE DECKS

Unlike wood that rots and needs constant maintenance, decks made from PVC or composite building materials require almost no maintenance to stay looking great. They even come standard with a warranty ranging from 25 years to lifetime (some conditions apply, of course).
