We're proud of the relationships we've built and the outdoor spaces we've created. But the best way to get to know XMT Construction is to hear directly from the homeowners we've worked with.
Our reputation is built one project at a time, through quality workmanship, honest communication, and a commitment to doing things right.
Deck Construction & Renovation
From brand-new custom decks to upgrading an existing outdoor space, we build decks designed to look beautiful and stand up to everyday use.
01
Premium Composite Decks
Enjoy the beauty of a wood-inspired deck without the ongoing maintenance of traditional lumber. We work with premium composite options, including Trex and TimberTech, to create a beautiful, low-maintenance outdoor space.
- Low-maintenance decking options
- Wood-inspired colours and textures
- Splinter-free board options
02
Custom Wood Decks
Nothing compares to the warmth and character of real wood. From classic cedar to pressure-treated lumber, we build custom wood decks to complement your home and outdoor space.
- Natural cedar decking
- Pressure-treated wood options
- Custom layouts and detailing
03
Deck Repairs & Resurfacing
An aging deck doesn't always need a complete replacement. We can assess existing structures and help determine whether repairs, framing upgrades, or new decking are the right solution.
- Structural framing and joist repairs
- Replacement of worn deck boards
- Wood-to-composite upgrade options
